Website UX/UI Upgrade, Designing A Sitemap, IA, and User Flows for a Travel Planning and Booking Platform

Requirement:

Website UX/UI Upgrade:

• Audit the Home Page of Booking.com.

• Conduct a Competitor Analysis.

• Suggest features for the Upgrade that differentiate it from other established players in the market.

• Create a Site Map of the Existing/Current Booking.com website (Home Page Only).

• Create a Site Map for the Proposed Version of Booking.com's website (Home Page Only, First Draft).

• Provide a first draft of the Infrastructure Architecture (IA) for the proposed Booking.com website's Home Page W/O footer, including recommended upgrades.

• Create a User Flow diagram for one of the features you suggested for Booking.com's website redesign.
