Project Overview
Designing A Pet Care App - Concepting Features, Conducting Research/Surveys, Charting User Personas & Empathy Map.
Requirement:
Assume that you're a UX designer for a new app in Pet Care & Services (Examples: PetBacker, PetDesk, Supertails, etc.)You will be designing a pet care app.
Your company has outlined a plan to develop an app similar to the major players in the selected category. In a market dominated by established players, your company is a new player eager to make a mark.
This startup has recently hired you as its first design professional, and there is no past user or competitor research to reference. Your mission is to understand the target audience by conducting user research.
The goal is to identify different user types, their motivations, and the challenges they face when arranging pet care or managing their tasks/errands. Armed with these insights, you will present your findings to the team and guide the app’s design.
