• Escape Artist Studio and The Hayagrīva Group are decent, reputable, woman-owned and operated establishments, founded and owned by Deepika Sriraman, a third-generation, college-educated liberal woman from a respectable background. 

  
  

• The studio reserves the right to restrict services to individuals or groups seeking Marketing/Design/Advertising services for adult-only businesses like sex and pornography, hard drugs, or firearms. Kindly follow our code of conduct and human decency.
  

• These establishments are non-political and are politically neutral.
  

• A lot of Escape Artist Studio's work honors Sheru The Cat, also known as Sherkhan, who was brutally and cruelly murdered on March 7th, 2025, for no fault of Deepika Sriraman or Ubu The Cat, who are her adopted cats and were never and are not associated with anyone or anything, whether fictional or otherwise.
  

• When not marketing or designing, Content Creation is Deepika's personal endeavor in her free time. It is part of her portfolio along with all her other endeavors through Escape Artist Studio. Her reels, humor and other content are , purely for entertainment purposes only and not a prediction of any sort. It is not intended to be misinterpreted in a way that would cause harm to Deepika Sriraman or her Pets, especially Ubu the Cat. Deepika Sriraman has never intentionally misinterpreted anyone nor has she ever harmed or attacked anyone unprovoked.

  
  

• Deepika has faced ongoing harassment. Her cat, Sheru, was killed by uneducated or backward groups and zealots, targeting harmless content, humor, and perceived slights. Some members of these groups are educated and work in the tech industry on temporary visas. Neither Sheru nor Deepika has ever intentionally harmed anyone. Deepika has never behaved badly toward anyone, unlike how she has been treated.

  
  

• While Escape Artist Studio and The Hayagrīva Group accept all, both establishments reserve the right to restrict services to individuals or groups solely based on their conduct and behaviour, without explanation. The establishments implemented rules, especially after Sheru’s murder. Otherwise, the establishments welcome everyone, do business with and collaborate with them, regardless of race, religion, skin color, education level, gender, or background. Sheru embodied love.
  

• Deepika's works and blogs should not be taken as any form of prediction, foreshadowing, or warning. Deepika Sriraman wishes herself, her cats, and everyone safe, happy, peaceful flights and exciting, enjoyable vacations and trips. Deepika is an individual in her own right and is not anyone else, nor are people any version of her.
  

• I, Deepika Sriraman, state that I am neither a medium, psychic, nor a prophet. I do NOT grant any rights, authority, or power to external forces to misuse my words, writings, or anything I say or do, including my actions or my fears, to harm my cats or me. Especially to create alternative scenarios or orchestrated situations.
  

• Deepika is entitled to her truth and her fictional works without it being used against her to harm her, and they should not be.
  

• This is exemplified by the incident where her adopted cat Sheru was murdered on March 07, 2025, without any fault on the part of Deepika Sriraman or Ubu The Cat. We respectfully request an end to any harm inflicted upon us under the guise of intangible or whimsical notions that are purported to be harmless beliefs. Neither Deepika nor her cats are here to experience tragedy or to have fictional characters, fictional works, and fictional experiences imposed on them in real life. It is not equivalent to her using harmless metaphors or analogies for comparisons or figures of speech. Nor are they here to be forced to relive real-life situations they have faced or others' experiences.
  

• Neither Deepika Sriraman nor her establishment, Escape Artist Studio, is associated with the aviation industry or any individuals within the aviation sector, especially the military or air force.
